1.Who these terms are with

This website is operated by TechJan, a brand operated by Rabtora (“TechJan”, “we”, “us”). By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2.What this website is

It describes who we are and the services we offer. The content is general information, published in good faith and kept as accurate as we can. It is not professional advice, it is not an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it creates a contract between us on its own.

3.How work is actually agreed

Any engagement is governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work or services agreement covering scope, timeline, fees, ownership of deliverables and confidentiality. Where that document and these terms disagree, that document prevails for the work it covers.

4.What our figures and case studies mean

Project examples, timelines and performance figures on this site describe work already delivered. They illustrate what we have done, not what your project will achieve. Results depend on factors specific to each engagement, and we do not present past outcomes as a forecast or a guarantee.

5.Intellectual property

The design, code, text, graphics and layout of this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may read, share and link to our pages. You may not copy, republish, resell or systematically extract them, or present our material as your own, without our written permission.

Client work shown in our portfolio remains the property of the clients concerned, and product names and logos shown on this site belong to their respective owners. They appear here to identify work we carried out, not to claim any right in them.

6.Acceptable use

When using this website, please do not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to any system or network connected to it
• introduce malicious code, or anything designed to interfere with how it works
• scrape or automate requests at a rate that degrades the site for other people
• use it for anything unlawful, or to send us anything unlawful

7.Links and embedded content

This site links to client websites, to Rabtora, and embeds a Google map on the contact page. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
