Our Story
Ten years taught us where projects really go wrong
Ten years is a long time in technology. We have watched frameworks arrive and retire, and seen "digital transformation" go from boardroom buzzword to budget line. What we learned along the way, occasionally the hard way, is that the gap between software that ships and software that stalls is almost never about the code.
It's the thinking that happens before the code.
That belief shapes how we work. More than 150 projects later, we still open every engagement with a list of questions instead of a price. What is this actually for? Who has to use it on a bad day, when they are busy and something has already gone wrong? And what breaks first if it succeeds beyond what you planned for?
Those answers shape everything downstream: architecture, budget, timeline, and the awkward conversations that cost far less in week two than in month six. We have never once regretted asking them.
