Come build things that have to work.

We are around fifty engineers, designers and strategists in Dubai. The work is real, the deadlines are real, and the thing you build on Tuesday is in front of someone's customers by the end of the quarter.

What It's Like

Small teams, short distance to the decision

We build in cross-functional pods. Design, engineering and delivery sit together on the same deadline, answering to the same client. Nobody spends a week waiting on a handover from a department they have never met.

The flat structure is deliberate. It means most decisions take hours instead of weeks, and it also means there is nowhere to hide when something goes wrong. People who like that tend to stay a long time. People who want a large machine to disappear into usually do not.

If you build it, you get to talk to the person using it.

Around 88% of the UAE's population is expatriate, and our team reflects that. You will work with people who have shipped in different markets, under different rules, and who disagree with you usefully.

How We Work

What you can expect from us

  • Your name on the work

Every project has a named lead. Ownership is explicit, and so is the credit that goes with it.

  • Talk to clients directly

Engineers and designers join the calls. Requirements lose less in translation that way.

  • Learning inside working hours

Time to pick up something new sits inside delivery time rather than in your evenings.

  • Tests, reviews and rollbacks

We move quickly on top of a safety net, so shipping on a Friday is not an act of courage.

  • Honest timelines

We would rather push back on a date than quietly ask you to absorb it with your weekend.

  • A genuinely mixed team

Different markets, different training, different opinions. It shows up in the work.

What we are hiring for right now

No listed vacancies at the moment.

That changes often, and it has never stopped us hiring someone good who got in touch at the wrong time. Send your work through and we will keep it on file properly.

Introduce Yourself
  1. 01
    Send us your work

A CV is fine. A repository, a case study or something you shipped tells us more.

  2. 02
    A conversation, not a quiz

We talk through what you have built and where you got stuck. Nobody is asked to invert a binary tree.

  3. 03
    A short paid exercise

If there is a practical task, it is scoped to hours and your time is paid for.
